Also, location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from San Domenico Golf Club. The room was extremely spacious and gorgeous with equally effective decor, the breakfast was marvellous. The staff was really good and exceptional in managing every request.

We were upgraded to a villa from the superior room that we had booked. The villa was magnificent, with own private garden and pool, whilst the interior was furnished very luxuriously. Two of us had three large double bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two lounges to lose ourselves in. Staff were charming and helpful, and service and food very good. A superb holiday and we'd recommend the Borgo Egnazia to others.
Nothing. It exceeeded our expectations greatly.

very new hotel with interesting architecture, large pools
food menue is quite small for the fact that no immediate outside food alternatives are available, unless you are by car...

The property is impressive, with stunning rooms and attention to detail. The SPA is beautiful and the Michelin-star restaurant is sensational. Great services like pool, spa, and beach club.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Well-maintained and luxury place, very friendly staff at check-out. The rooms - spotless, big size with bath, full tub and a balcony. Amazing location in Savelletri, adjacent to a real ceramic shop, all the restaurants and food and the festival. Also, in a cave at grotta pallazase.

This hotel is fantastic. The setting in the middle of nowhere, the hotel design, the rooms, free wifi, the salt water pools... The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! A true five stars place.
The breakfast was not to the standard of the rest of the hotel, so we decided not to try the restaurant.

A beautiful building built in a cream coloured stone, the interior is all cream, white or oatmeal. Soft lighting everywhere. Really comfortable bedrooms.
The hotel is not yet finished - apparently it is due to be completed for next season, i.e. spring 2011. It has only one restaurant and it is the same menu for lunch and dinner which is expensive. Service is not yet at the 5 star level.

Lovely architecture and excellent service
The rooms were a little small for a 5star hotel and did not have dvd players or bathroom scales and the menu in the restaurant was very limited and did not change during the 7 nights we stayed there.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
